Over the years I have competed and trained in different training styles and disciplines, which has enabled me to offer varied and personalised programming to my clients. Hybrid training is something I love to offer, because it always keeps sessions exciting and challenges the body in different ways.
Coaching doesn't stop when you walk out the gym door, we will have contact between sessions so you can ask questions directly to me and also in our personal training WhatsApp group, that allows you to engage with other people who are being coached by me. In here you'll be be able to see meal ideas, workouts and also share things that you have found useful to your training.
Nutrition is a big part in achieving your fitness goal, we'll discuss your current eating habits and go over how we can make small changes to ensure you get the most from the calories you're consuming at your 1:1 consultation. We will then use a flexible and proven approach to ensure you're able to keep on track, with continued check-ins and reviews where we'll change and tweak you calories and macros.
